Description
Here is what most setup businesses actually look like behind the scenes: a workflow builder in one place, questionnaire templates buried in Google Drive, pricing math happening in a spreadsheet from 2022, client notes scattered across three different apps, and a handoff process that gets reinvented at the end of every single project.
It works. Barely. And it costs you time, energy, and mental load on every setup you deliver.
The Setup OS is the operating system I built for my own setup business and rebuilt from the ground up in Notion. It is not a template pack or a collection of resources. It is a connected system that covers the full operating layer of how a setup business runs – from the first workflow mapping session all the way through client handoff – with a step-by-step implementation course so you actually get it running.
What is inside
The workflow builder is the core. It is the same methodology I have used since 2021, rebuilt in Notion with a visual mapper so you can SEE the workflow as you build it. Your implementation questionnaire generates from your workflow data so you are not starting from scratch on every project.
Both the Onboarding Questionnaire and the Content Approval Questionnaire are included – previously sold separately in the shop, now living inside the system where they belong. Client management is covered with a full hub: project dashboard, private notes database, unfinished tasks tracker, and time tracking. Your pricing workbook and a dynamic quote calculator handle your numbers. Thirty-plus Dubsado email templates, a form template library, a to-do template bank, a Canva template library, and a smart field reference guide cover your templates. A Next Steps Guide generator and ROI reports handle your client handoff.
And the implementation course means you have no excuse not to actually use it.

Why this exists
If you have shopped the store before, you know the disconnected version of what The Setup OS does costs over $1,500 – and even then the tools did not talk to each other. This does MORE, in one place, for one low price.
This is the Notion release. An Airtable version is coming for strategists who prefer that platform.
What it requires from you
You implement it. The course walks you through it. The support resources are there when you need them. But a system that sits in your sidebar does exactly nothing – so show up, get it done, and then let it run.
DONE is better than perfect. That is true here too.
