Airtable can hold your whole operation in one place: clients, projects, revenue, and the dashboards that show you what’s actually happening. I design and build custom Airtable systems around how your business runs, from a full done-for-you setup to a focused dashboard you check every week.
Airtable Setup Services
Airtable setup services, built around how your business runs
You’ve got complex processes, multiple offers, and way too many tabs open.
Airtable can hold your whole operation in one place: clients, projects, revenue, and the dashboards that show you what’s actually happening.
As an Airtable Builder Certified systems strategist, I design and build custom Airtable systems with real strategy behind every field. A full setup starts with a Process Mapping Session, so the system matches how you operate. If you mainly need to see your numbers, start with a custom dashboard.

How it works
Map. We start by defining how your business should run and what your system needs to track.
Build. I build your base, interfaces, automations, dashboards, and Zapier connections around that map.
Support. You get Slack support while you settle into your new system.

An Airtable dashboard in a real business
Sarah came back a year after her Dubsado setup needing a clear view of her finances. I built a custom Airtable dashboard fed automatically from Dubsado, ClickUp, and Google Reviews.
Datapoints
Pulled together from multiple systems in one dashboard.
Zaps
Connecting Dubsado, ClickUp, and Google Reviews to Airtable.
Manual entries
All Sarah still enters by hand each month. The rest is automated.
“Could I do it? Sure. But I could also go to medical school, and I haven’t signed up for that as yet. I think Cait is my solution to sanity.”Sarah MacDonald, Live Wilder Studio

Airtable setup FAQ
How much does an Airtable setup cost?
A done-for-you Airtable setup starts at $3,397 and is custom quoted based on the complexity of your processes. A custom dashboard package is $997.
How long does an Airtable setup take?
Most builds wrap within 6 weeks of your Process Mapping Session, as long as your prep work is done on time. If you’re ahead of schedule, you may get your system sooner.
Do I need to be good at tech to use this?
No. I design your setup to be intuitive, and you get videos, guides, and live support so you can navigate it with confidence.
Can I use this if I’m brand new to Airtable?
Yes. If your team or business runs multi-step processes, this is a good time to move to Airtable. I take care of the build. You bring your workflows and goals.
What if I need to connect other tools?
That’s what Zapier is for. A full setup includes up to 3 zaps that bring data from your other tools, like your CRM or scheduler, into Airtable. Dashboards use zaps to send your CRM data to Airtable.
Can a dashboard be built in something other than Airtable?
If you prefer, I can build your dashboard in Google Sheets. For the best visual design and functionality, Airtable is my go-to.
Is Zapier required for a dashboard?
Yes. A paid Zapier plan is needed to keep your dashboards updated in real time.
