This service covers one service, but that doesn’t mean you’re stuck with one rigid workflow. If your service needs multiple workflows to deliver a flawless client experience — that’s exactly what you’ll get. I don’t do limits, I do what’s right for your business.

What if I don’t have anything mapped out yet?

It’s time to write it out! I’ll provide a structured Onboarding Questionnaire with the RIGHT questions to make sure that you are thinking about every element of your client experience.

Do I need to write my own emails?

You will be provided templates where I have them or clear placeholder content for you to fill in as you go. While our free included templates are designed to be as presentable as possible, it is highly recommended that you review and update them to match your brand voice.

Does this package include forms?

This package is workflow-only. If your forms need a facelift, check out my System Aesthetic Design package.
