One of the best things about Calendly is that it’s AFFORDABLE! You can do everything I’ve described on the FREE plan! If you need multiple event types or want to host group events, you can upgrade to do so for just $8 a month. Trust me, you spend $8 worth of time scheduling meetings already. 

On a personal note, I’ve found that having a scheduler is the BEST way to make sure that I don’t do work outside of work hours. Since I’m so customer service oriented, I always try to accommodate my clients. Being able to just send a link that has ONLY my desired working hours available, I get to spend MORE time with my family (or, let’s be real, binge watching Netflix).
