Dubsado: An all-in-one solution

What is Dubsado, you ask? It’s a full client relationship & business management system. It provides you with one spot where clients can electronically make purchases, sign contracts, submit invoice payments, fill out questionnaires, and even sign in to their very own client portal. The absolute best part of Dubsado? Hands down, that answer is AUTOMATED WORKFLOWS! Dubsado will send emails on your behalf at specified times, which means that you can spend LESS time sending emails, and more time honing your craft.

My 5 Favorite Features

ONE.

Lead captures: I have at least one lead capture on all of my websites. This is how clients get in contact with me to find out more about services. This form ensures that I have all of the starting information that I need AND it automatically enters them into the system so that I can save time on (or completely avoid) data entry.

TWO.

Canned emails: Forget typing the same email over and over, or going back through your email sent folder to find so you can copy & paste, or even forgetting to change the client name or date information in a copied email! Canned emails allow you to save all of your frequently used email in one place. Insert some smart fields and you can be sure that the email alwayyysss contains the right client information. 

THREE.

Scheduler: Take the emailing out of scheduling! Set your availability in the calendar and then send the link to your clients (using a fancy aforementioned canned email). As other clients book, those times will no longer be available for other clients who haven’t booked yet. It’s the PERFECT solution. 

FOUR.

Invoicing: Collect payments, send reminders and past due notices, and sync with QuickBooks online for robust accounting! This feature of Dubsado ups your professional appearance SO MUCH. It builds trust and legitimacy in your brand, bringing your clients back over and over.

FIVE.

Workflows: Hands down, this is my FAVORITE feature! I put it last on the list because everything else has to be set up first for these to work, but man, they are worth EVERY SECOND you spend on them. For a typical photography booking, I don’t lift a SINGLE FINGER until I meet the clients at their consultation or their session (and because I’ve been so thoughtful in my canned emails, they have NO idea that it’s automated!). Workflows save me so much time
