Dubsado can run your whole client experience, from first inquiry to final invoice, when it’s built on a process someone actually mapped. Choose a done-for-you setup, a one-week build, or a done-with-you setup with a course and support. Every option starts with your real client journey.
Dubsado Setup Services
Dubsado setup services, built around how you actually work
Dubsado can run your entire client experience: inquiries, proposals, contracts, invoices, scheduling, and every follow-up in between.
It only does that well when the setup is built on a process someone actually mapped.
I’m a Dubsado Certified Specialist and systems strategist, and I’ve built Dubsado setups for more than 150 businesses since 2020. Every setup starts with your real client journey, then gets built three ways: done for you, done in a week, or done with you.

How it works
Map. Every setup starts with your real client journey, mapped in a process mapping session.
Build. Your workflows, forms, emails, schedulers, packages, payment plans, and client portal get built, by me or by you with a step-by-step course.
Launch. You go live with support or Hiccup Help behind you, depending on the option you choose.

Dubsado setup FAQ
What’s included in a Dubsado setup?
Every setup starts with a process mapping session, then covers your workflows, forms, canned emails, schedulers, packages, payment plans, and client portal. The difference between the options is who builds it and how fast.
How much does a Dubsado setup cost?
A done-for-you Dubsado setup is $4,497+, the one-week Done in a Week build is $3,997+, and a done-with-you setup is $1,997 with support. If you’re not sure what you need yet, the Systems Blueprint Intensive is $497.
How long does a Dubsado setup take?
Done-for-you and done-with-you setups take about four weeks. Done in a Week is mapped on Monday and live on Friday, with a 24-hour review window in between.
Do I need a Dubsado account first?
Yes, the setup is built inside your own account. If you don’t have one yet, start the free trial and use code XOCAIT for 30% off your first payment when you subscribe.
Can you set up Dubsado if I’m switching from HoneyBook?
Yes. Mapping starts from your process, not your old software, so it doesn’t matter where you’re coming from. If mapping shows another platform suits your process better, I also build custom systems outside Dubsado.
Which option should I choose?
Choose done-for-you if you want it built and handed back. Choose Done in a Week if you want the same build on a fixed one-week schedule and can give feedback within 24 hours. Choose done-with-you if you want to build it yourself with a plan and support.
Can I just get my forms designed?
Yes. System Design is $500+ and gives your proposal, lead capture form, and contract a fully branded look, with a client portal and email signature design as a bonus. It’s design only, with no workflow setup.
